SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to offer the following shipping options throughout Vietnam.

Standard: 550,000 VND (typical ETA: 3-4 business days)

Express: 1,100,000 VND (typical ETA: next business day, conditions apply)
Please note: we offer FREE shipping for orders over 2,000,000 VND.
Smart Trainers and Bicycles Do not qualify for FREE shipping unless otherwise stated.

IMPORTANT
International Shipping Duties, Fees and Taxes:

All ridebikes.cc prices are VAT inclusive for Vietnam only.

For all other locations you may be subject to pay additional duties, fees or taxes under the applicable taxation rules once a delivery reaches your country.

Please review your local customs regulations prior to placing an international order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not happy with an item? We understand things may not fit the way you want them to or that jersey just does not go with your new bike, so we are happy to help.
Ridebikes.cc will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items of kit, accessories (including socks and caps) and equipment if it is returned to us within 11 days of receipt - the product must also be in its original packaging when returned via in store or by post.
If you would like to exchange the item, we can send out your new product once receiving your original product and we will do so with a small fee to cover shipping costs for the new product.
If in the event you are met with issues of the defect within 30 days of receipt and it is a manufacturing fault, we will accept the return and issue you a full or partial refund or provide a like-for-like item.
We do not provide free shipping for exchanges.
