Safety Disclaimer
Hope for the Best.
Prepare for the
Worst.
Your safety is our highest priority. Every route is carefully planned and professionally reconnoitered approximately two weeks before each tour to identify potential hazards, verify road and trail conditions, and ensure the best possible riding experience. Throughout the tour, riders will be supported by an experienced ride guide, a qualified mechanic, and a backup support vehicle.
However, cycling on public roads and off-road trails in Vietnam carries inherent risks. Road surfaces, traffic behavior, weather conditions, construction, loose gravel, animals, and other unforeseen hazards can change without notice and are beyond our control.
By participating in this tour, each rider acknowledges these inherent risks and accepts full responsibility for their own safety and riding decisions. Riders are expected to:
-
Ride within their own ability and fitness level.
-
Obey all local traffic laws and instructions from the ride guide.
-
Remain alert to changing road and trail conditions at all times.
-
Ensure their bicycle and equipment are in safe working order before the tour.
-
Wear an approved cycling helmet throughout the ride.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, the tour organizers, guides, and support crew cannot guarantee a hazard-free environment and shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage resulting from the inherent risks of cycling.
Participation in the tour constitutes acceptance of these terms and an understanding that cycling is an activity involving personal risk.
